Slaughtered a few minutes later.

Saturday 18th October
5h30 – Lüthi and Portmann (industrial butchers) came to fetch the carcass and returned it to its headquarters in Deisswil/Bern to be placed in a fridge.

Monday 20th October
morning – the carcass was chopped up.

Tuesday 21st October
morning – the pieces of meat were able to be delivered to independent butchers or to large outlets throughout Switzerland.
